As we journey through life, there are certain experiences that change us in many ways.

Falling in love is one of them.

If we reflect back to the very first time we ‘fell in love’, we may be able to remember the excitement, the butterflies, the hope and passion that it ignited in us.

When we are young, we don’t give much thought to ‘how’ we attract our partner, we simply enjoy the pleasure, comfort and happiness that this new union brings to our lives.

We experience the mirroring of our deep desire to be loved, projected onto another human, who has their own inner world projected back to us.

This is part of the human experience.

But then something happens…

If we reflect back again, we can surely remember the very first time we experienced heartbreak.

The pain, the shock, the anger, the loss of our innocence and the revealing of our wounded parts.

Experiencing the breakdown of an intimate relationship is certainly one of the most painful human stories.

It is a loss.

It shatters our illusions.

It is a death- of an identity that we created in that relationship.

The closer we get to another human being, the more our unresolved issues come to the surface.

The closer we get to another human being, the more our wounded inner child gets activated.

The closer we get to another human being, the more vulnerable we become as we open ourselves up to the serious potential for destruction and despair.

A breakup will reveal our inner child wounds and bring up pain that stems from our earliest relationships with our parents and often will trace back to generational and ancestral trauma buried deep in our unconscious, yet playing out in real time and in real life.

And it is exactly this kind of deep, shadowy material that can offer us the greatest opportunity for healing and soul evolution.

It is fertile ground for transformation and alchemy!

It offers us one of the most powerful portals to learn soul lessons.

Karmic relationships serve a higher purpose.

And when we are willing to step into this powerful portal and do the necessary shadow work, we are offered a gift:

A gift of becoming more of who we are truly meant to be in this lifetime.

A gift of living in greater alignment and to answer the call of our soul.

A gift of healing and integrating our inner child.

A gift of closing out of karmic cycles and of learning soul lessons.

A gift of experiencing deep love for ourselves.

A gift of (insert your own healing outcome here)

The pain that comes with having ‘eyes to see’ is certainly a common theme that many souls find themselves experiencing, with dark events playing out on the world stage, the imminent threat of the Digital ID rollout and the memories of loss and destruction still lingering from the Convid/plandemic years.

The violation of human rights, the isolation (physical and emotional), the ridicule and the attacks for seeing the corruption all while witnessing a world where the new normal is ‘died suddenly’ and ‘gender pronouns for children’, signifies the inverted reality we are currently living in.

For many of us with ‘eyes to see’, who use our voice to speak up about the pain and offer words of truth, it can be a lonely path.

But this path, the one of individuation, where we are separated from the pack, that brings up pain to be felt and destroys the illusions we once lived by, serves a higher purpose.

By recognising the truth of your pain, it in fact becomes a catalyst for your soul’s evolution, fuel for your fire, a portal to the voice of your soul.

Your pain becomes alchemy when you face it and see it from a new and higher perspective and use it to create a life of greater purpose, power and passion.

In fact, we have been sold a lie when we are told that awakening is all about love and light.

So while the world as we know it begins to end, we find ourselves at a crossroads. We have a choice to make and that begins with truth and curiosity.

What is the truth of my pain?

This is when the true awakening journey begins.

Because the truth is, your pain signals your path. Think of a big neon sign saying ‘enter here’, or ‘this way to home.’ It offers you the opportunity to evolve, to heal and to become more of who you truly are.

Your pain offers you a powerful portal, led by the voice of your soul, who knows that you came here to experience the highest version of you and to answer the call of your soul.

You know, that thing you came here for?

To share your gifts.

Heal your bloodline.

Love your inner child.

Close out karmic cycles.

Experience Divine Love.

Evolve your soul.

Create a better world.

Just as Neo had many questions when he chose the red pill of truth, many of us find ourselves on the same journey.

Having ‘eyes to see’ is a process, one that often begins with the world ‘out there’ but ultimately brings us to a point where these questions turn inwards.

When an awakening human comes to this point on their journey, we begin to sense that there are parts of us that unconsciously run our lives and impact our choices.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and your will call it fate.”- C.G. Jung

And so the path towards enlightenment takes us into territory where these hidden and suppressed parts of us are ready to be seen, heard and integrated, bringing us to wholeness and becoming more of the highest version of ourselves.

We begin to realise that our lens has been distorted, often for years or even lifetimes, shaped by the wounding and traumas that occurred at various points, often pointing to our childhoods and beyond.

Because we live in a quantum reality.

We are energetic beings.

We hold unconscious experiences in our body, our organs, our DNA, our cells.

We carry the wounds of those that came before us.

We sponsor the energy of our wounded inner child who continues to live inside of us, shaping our experiences of relationships, abundance, our place in the world and the beliefs that we have identified with at various points on our journey.

And just like Neo, his awakening had more to do with his embodiment of his Higher Self, the version of him that exists without the distortion, without the wounding, without the matrix programming and without the unconscious survival mechanisms (his Thomas Anderson Matrix identity) that limit our ability to become all that we are truly meant to be in this lifetime.

The only way he could beat the ‘Agent Smiths’ was to believe that he was the ‘one’ (Neo). He shifted his quantum reality and created a new identity that was in alignment with the truth of his being- ‘know thyself’.

He obtained self mastery.

It also brought him into Divine Union with his divine feminine counterpart.

Our higher self and our highest timeline can be defined as the version of us that exists without the wounding, who has already walked the path you are on, who has the ultimate wisdom that is perfect for you and your journey, free of distortions or projections, connecting you to the Divine/God/Universe/Quantum Field (insert your own definition here) through truth, love and compassion, so that you can experience your greatest joy and heart’s true desire in this lifetime.

And, if these terms still don’t resonate with you, just imagine the version of you that is free.

Free from unnecessary and repeated suffering.
Free from addictions and habits that hold you back from living a life of truth, power and passion.
Free from being held hostage by your past hurts and traumas.
Free from beliefs that keep you trapped in victimhood.
Free from feelings of dis-empowerment.
Free to express yourself creatively, to share your soul gifts and live a life of joy and purpose.

This is the power and beauty of healing on the awakening journey.

Sometimes that pain can come as a rude awakening, a life crisis, a tower moment or a ‘dark night of the soul’ experience that shatters our known world. These moments can leave us heartbroken, in survival and struggle.

Sometimes the pain starts as a quiet whisper such as the dissatisfaction of our reality, a lack of purpose, a creative block or unrealised potential, a heart’s desire tucked away in place of security or stopped by fear.
